School Fee Rules

  1. Fee booklets with all information concerning dates of payment are issued in the month of April.
  2. All the rules given in the fee booklets should be carefully read and followed.
  3. School fees are to be paid at Canara Bank, Zirakpur.
  4. In case of misplacement of fee booklet a new one can be purchased on payment of Rs. 25/- from the school office.
  5. The school academic year starts in March and ends in March. The fee set books are supplied in the school in the 1 week of April. Fees to be paid at Canara Bank from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. to 2.00 P.m. & between 10 am to 12.00 noon on Saturdays. Fees to be paid in 6 installments before April 15 , June 15 , August 15 , October 15 December 15 & February 15 .
  6. Students whose fee is not paid will not be permitted to answer the terminal examinations.
  7. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  8. Parents must check the entry in the fee receipt counterfoil.
  9. Fee receipt book should always be presented in the bank when paying fees.
  10. Please make sure that you pay your wards fee on time.
